Dancer, Choreographer, Instructor for the past 25 years of various forms of Indian Classical and Folklorique dance traditions & fusion choreographies related to traditional and contemporary issues. Educated in Santiniketan, India in dance and music, Amrita has been performing since the age of 4. Amrita works as a dance/movement therapist, and conducts various workshops in Nritya Yoga (Yoga of Dance) across North America. Amrita also works with “Cultures without Borders” and the English and French School boards in the field of “Dance And Education.” Recent performance works have been “La Marche de Rama (French version of Ramayana)” and “Celebrating the Human Spirit!” a multi-media performance reflecting the social, spiritual, political climate of today’s society using traditional and contemporary choreography. Amrita performs anthropological research related to “Dance and Anthropology”, researching the socio-cultural aspects of dance in different societies. Her latest work has been researching the ancient temple dancers of India and their way of life. Amrita is also an actress who works in the field of “Dance Theatre”. This looks like it.. a bit bulky but has all the major checklist features, and it looks like nothing with next gen features (higher res screen, usb host mode) will be available for a few months.
I especially love the name. It means you can easily find it on net searches.

It's monstrous, but it has the feature set of the glofiish, along with a keyboard.
Nice that it has all the modern checklist features - usb mini for charging/synching (though no usb host), qvga screen, gps, wireless a/g, and even full size sd. Plus 128MB of RAM? I'm wrestling over the requirement for a keyboard.
Barring new phones (dual mode would be kinda nice). Alas, a lot of the newer features are designed around cost effective mobile internet, which is back in the stone ages in Canada.
