I added healthboards retroactive and bonesmart prospective, edited the suggested terms and added a topic (section) detector, so now 'relevance' has to be 2 or more (topic = 1, each hit = 1). Along with some other changes.These are executing now, with all these changes there may be issues but it should be ready for a preview in the morning.
